All our products (whether addressed domestically or abroad) are shipped with DHL GoGreen to your home.

All orders received before 12:00 usually leave our warehouse on the same day. All orders placed after 12.00 noon will be dispatched the following day.  

GoGreen is DHL's environmental program in which all greenhouse gases generated during transport are offset by climate protection projects. You can find out more here.

As soon as your order has been handed over to DHL GoGreen, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us with your tracking link. You can use this to track your order. The approximate time your order will take depends on the destination country:

- Germany: 2-3 days

- Rest of EU: 3-5 days

- Rest of the world: up to 14 days

The shipping costs depend on the country of destination of the order:

- Germany & Austria: €4.99 and free shipping from €50

- Rest of EU: €9.99 and free shipping from €80

- Rest of the world: €19.99 and free shipping from €100

You can return your order independently and free of shipping costs. After we have received your parcel, your money will be refunded within 7 days.

You can shop at any time throughout the week in our SSL-encrypted store. A variety of payment options are available to you, including:

- PayPal

- Creditcard (Mastercard, Visa oder American Express)

- Klarna

- Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay

- iDeal, Bancontact oder EPS

If you have a voucher, you can enter it either in the shopping cart or during the checkout process in the field provided. It will be activated as soon as you click on the “Apply” field. The voucher value will then be applied directly. No vouchers can be applied retrospectively once your order has been completed.

You can create an account by clicking on “Account” in the menu. Alternatively, you can also create an account during the ordering process, making it easier for you to track your orders.

You will of course receive your tracking link by e-mail, regardless of whether you have an account or not.

Our products are generally suitable for all skin types. On the product pages you will find further information on the respective effects (e.g. moisturizing, cooling or firming) of the products and their ingredients.

We carefully select the ingredients of our products in accordance with certified natural cosmetics regulations. We are currently in the process of being officially certified as natural cosmetics. We will keep you up to date.

The skin is a complex organ - but this does not necessarily apply to skin care! For better understanding and transparency, we therefore maintain a detailed glossary of ingredients for each product.

All our products are manufactured in Germany

Each of our ingredients is selected according to the best certified natural cosmetics regulations. In addition, our products are vegan and have not been tested on animals.

Plastic is one of our biggest global problems. Did you know that 40% of plastic products produced go straight back into the trash within a month?

That's why we try to avoid plastic wherever possible. We are particularly proud of our new Morning and Midnight Magic jar, because it is made of wood and plant-based binders, is biodegradable and can therefore be disposed of in the organic waste garbage can. Only the sealing disk is still made of plastic. We are currently looking for a suitable alternative to replace this as well. Our “old” jars are made of glass and aluminum, two raw materials that can be recycled an infinite number of times. They are neither made from crude oil nor do they contain toxic substances. We offer refillers for our serums. This means that the pipette from the first product can simply be reused.

We work with Arktik to offset our CO2 emissions. As a company we are climate neutral through Arktik's support (Yay!). We specifically support 2 projects that are certified by the WWF Gold Standard. In addition, Arktik is regularly audited and certified by TÜV Süd.reforestation in Uganda - The reforestation project “Kikonda Forest Reserve” (KPR) in central Uganda was one of the first forest projects ever to be awarded the high-quality Gold Standard LUF and the internationally recognized CarbonFix certificate for its particularly positive social and ecological commitment. Reforestation in Panama - This project in Panama combines the reforestation of native mixed forests with the fair production of UTZ-quality cocoa. It is one of the first forest projects ever to be awarded the high-quality Gold Standard. The areas under cocoa cultivation are the first agroforestry areas to be awarded this standard.
