Cancellation policy

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within sixty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ipanema Beauty UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Pappelallee 78/79, 10437 Berlin, Germany, support@plantsarepurple.de, Tel: +49 (0)30 23326619) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to Hive Technologies GmbH c/o Plants are Purple, Maulbeerstraße 7, 15834 Rangsdorf, Germany, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Special Notes
If you have financed this contract through a loan and later withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both agreements form an economic unit. This is particularly the case if we are also your lender or if your lender used our cooperation to finance the transaction. If the loan has already been provided to us when the withdrawal takes effect, your lender shall assume our rights and obligations in relation to you regarding the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. This does not apply if this contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives).

If you wish to avoid a binding contractual relationship as much as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement, if you are entitled to do so.
