Shipping & Returns

All our products are shipped with DHL GoGreen. As usual, you can have your package sent to your home or to a DHL Packstation. Please do not forget to include your postal number in the delivery address.

All orders received the day before 12:00 can be shipped the same day. All other orders will be shipped the next day.

GoGreen is the environmental program of DHL, in which all greenhouse gases produced during transport are offset by climate protection projects. You can read more about it here.

Delivery times

As soon as your order has been handed over to DHL GoGreen, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking link, which you can use to track your order. How long your order will take to get to you can be seen here:

Italy: 3-5 days
Germany: 2-3 days
Rest of EU (incl. CH): 3-5 days
Rest of the world: up to 14 days
Unfortunately, we cannot ship packages to the USA or Canada.

Costs

Shipping costs are based on the country of destination of the order:

Italy: 4,99 € and free shipping from 50€.
Germany & Austria: 4,99 € and free shipping from 50€.
Rest of EU (incl. CH): 9,99€ and from 50€ free of shipping costs
Rest of the world: 19,99€ and from 100€ free of shipping costs

Complaints and returns

If you are not 100% satisfied you can cancel your order within 60 days. Please send us an email to support@plantsarepurple.com with your name and order number so we can take care of it as soon as possible. Our support will then send you a return label with which you can send the package back to us free of charge.
